Agreement to terms
By visiting avantlis.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms apply to general use of the website; specific client engagements are governed by a separate signed proposal or contract, which takes precedence over anything here.
Use of this site
You may browse this site and use the contact form to reach us for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content at scale, or submitting false or malicious information through our forms.
Intellectual property

Client work & deliverables
Ownership of deliverables created for a client, such as brand assets, campaign materials, or manuscripts, transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in the signed engagement agreement. Avantlis retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
